Returns Policy

At Tuggerahlakes, we always try to make sure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that there are times when you do need to return an item. If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, you can return your item to us.

We are happy to offer a refund on unused items returned within 30 days of purchase. If the item is faulty, we will offer a refund or exchange where available.

Please follow the instructions below relevant to how you received your order.

 

Return your item

 

  • Any products returned must not be devalued, should be in a re-saleable condition and include the documentation and original packaging.
  • Returns will only be accepted by a courier and all costs will be at the buyers expense unless the item is replaced under warranty due to a fault.
  • The store team will inspect the product before a refund is applied.

 

Product Returns

 

  1. We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via email with the reason relating to return of such goods.
  2. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
  3. Goods purchased in error or assumptions with incur a 20% restocking fee plus any freight costs.
  4. Control arms, CV joints, Shock Absorbers are sold individually. Your warranty will be void if a pair is not purchased and installed at the same time.
  5. Air Condition compressor, condenser, receiver dryer warranty may be rejected if all three components are not replaced, purchased and installed at the same time, as your old parts may contaminate the new parts.

 

Returning your item by post

 

Return of any products

 

  • You  are responsible for all postage costs for products returned under our Returns Procedure (except where the goods are faulty – see above) unless this has been specifically agreed and confirmed in advance with the Customer Service Department.
  • Tuggerahlakes will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.
  • To return an item by post you will need to follow the instructions on the returns label included with your order, alternatively to help us to speed up your refund, please follow the steps below, it is very important to enclose the following information with your parcel to enable us to start processing your return within 24 hours of receipt.
    • Please ensure you state your original order number, which can be found on the order confirmation email you received when placing your order. Without it, your refund could be delayed.
    • Clearly state the product code, quantity, and reason for return.
  • Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund. We recommend that your select a suitable postage method that insures you for the value of the item(s) being returned.
  • Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.
